Project Description

JobSync is a job portal developed to connect employers with blue-collar workers looking for employment opportunities. The platform allows employers to create accounts and post job openings, while job seekers can search and discover relevant jobs based on their requirements and location.

The platform also includes features such as local language support, nearby job discovery, job bookmarking, job reporting, and analytics to improve the overall recruitment experience.

THE STORY

The goal of JobSync was to make job discovery more accessible for blue-collar workers while providing employers with a simple platform to publish and manage job opportunities.

The platform was designed around the needs of both employers and job seekers, with location-based discovery and localized content helping users find relevant opportunities more easily.

OUR APPROACH

The project involved developing a structured job portal with separate workflows for employers, job seekers, and administrators. Employers can create accounts and publish jobs, while job seekers can browse, search, bookmark, and report job listings.

The platform also incorporates location-based job discovery, local language support, analytics, and AI-assisted development workflows to create a more accessible and scalable recruitment solution.
